The Windermere District Historical Society is governed by a Board of Directors that help shape the direction of the museum, and strengthen community connections.
Members of the Board are elected at the Annual General Meeting (in November). You don’t need museum experience to join, just a willingness to participate and share your ideas. Your voice and unique set of skills can make a difference. Serving on the board is a rewarding way to help ensure that the museum continues to grow as an asset to the Windermere Valley.
